Just a quick reminder!
Some Sloogers have had issues tagging avatars. Please bear in mind that Sloog only tags avatars within close range, roughly 20 meters away from you. If the problem persists drop us a line.
Regards form the Sloog team.

How to tag places using postcards
A new feature is now available for sloogers!!
Now we can tag all Second Life, even those places where scripts are not allowed.
Using the snapshot menu and choosing the postcard option, you will be able to tag a place and submit a snapshot to the sloog page in one action!
Follow these simple instructions to make it work and begin to put an image to your favorite places!
When you are in the snapshot menu, choose “Send a postcard”.
A pop up will appear. You have to type “pics@sloog.org” as recipient’s email.
You can add the tags on the message body, type it as you do when you are tagging using the HUD.
Special Advice, only for expert sloogers:
You can type the parcel name on the subject field. If this parcel is in our database, it will be associated to the parcel you type. If the parcel doesn’t appear in our database, a new parcel will be created with the name of the sim.
That’s all folks!! We hope you enjoy this new method, and remember keep sloooooooooooooging!! :-)

Sloog at XI Encuentro Internacional Virtual Educa
The Sloog team was invited to a seminar on e-learning to talk about the application and its spin-off HUD for the SaLamander Project. This conference was held in Zaragoza by Virtual Educa, an organization who`s focus is on cooperation in education and innovation between the Iberoamerican countries.
The experience as a whole was really positive, highlighting the excellent response and feedback from educators that attended the talk.
Thanks to BURKe and specially Ruth Martínez for taking us there!

The refreshed website introduces some interesting new features; user profile options have been extended.
